Air Conditioning Installation Package Agreement
Before purchasing, please ensure our standard installation package is suitable for your property and installation requirements.
Our flat-rate installation package includes a standard back-to-back installation for:
- 1 Outdoor Condenser Unit
- 1 Indoor Wall-Mounted Unit
- Up to 5 metres of pipework
- Ground floor level installation only
Please note that additional charges may apply for:
- Pipework exceeding 5 metres
- First floor or higher-level installations
- Scaffolding or specialist access equipment
- Core drilling through specialised materials such as stone or reinforced walls
- Additional electrical works or drainage requirements
- Complex installations or restricted access properties
- Additional indoor units or multi-room installations
If the standard package is not suitable for your property or installation requirements, we strongly recommend contacting Chillcore Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & MVHR before booking or checkout to avoid unexpected additional costs.

- More often in dusty areas or homes with pets

- Open the front cover carefully

- Vacuum or rinse gently with lukewarm water
